    somethings wrong

    Got some kind of tumor or something growing around my neck and shoulders

    Have u seen the shrugs/deadlifts that John meadows does?

    It's not exactly rocket sience... U just do a few shrugs at the top of each deadlift

    Im incorporating them now. Just never did them previously. They didn't help me in any lift so I never bothered. Same reason I don't really work biceps directly.

    I want them to grow up to my freaking ears. They are thick, but not tall. Front the front can't hardly tell I even have any lol
