Thread: Another BF% check

Another BF% check
Down to 201 flat. Still 5'10"
Looking to drop another 7 or so.
What you think?
I already used my digital caliper, so I want to compare the 2.

I'm not going to comment on BF.
But I will say, that you've had one of the best transformations I have seen in years. Level of dedication cannot be denied. Absolutely good work, bro.

Looking good Sampson. You went form the Michelin Man to a relatively lean machine. As Aust said, a real commitment. Good job bro.

15.88
can you put a link to this michelin man talk...i'd like to see the transformation

I was thinking around 15% which is pretty dam good.

I want to see a six pack damn it! Lol
Next cycle should do me good though. I gained some good lbm from my see food diet filled cycle, too bad it came with a shit ton of crap.

Thats interesting because i was thinking 15-16%bf. But I didn't comment on purpose as i didn't want to take the wind out of your sails in case your bf calipers said considerably less. I know how hard youve been working at this and it clearly shows. Very good job bro - youre doing great!
And yeah, a few more pounds and you'll be rockin' those abs like nobody's bizness!
-
LoL
No, I am very realistic now. WTF? You mean I am not in the single digits? Nooo way
16% sounds damn square. I started at 27%+ 10%+ of fat lost in less than 3 months is just fine with me.
Going by 16% and wanting to get to 12-13% is another 4% loss. 4% of 200 is right at 8 pounds to go.
Soooo, going by all of this I should be ready to run again in the beginning of next year.

I'd like to say I'm happy with the chicken story. Didn't really want to hear about the surmised one......
-
Yeah, nothing crazy. I straight hit the oven door. Felt like nothing at first then burned like hell.
-
Don't mind my size. Right @ 196 as of this morning. I say 14%+ Bf
I still want to lose maybe 4 pounds of fat then run my next cycle. But, I am maintaining now. Solid cals everyday, just real clean.
I could actually see veins now.
