Thanks for the replies everyone! Positive feedback feels awesome! :-)

290 4x10 was that days goal. Not my overall goal. My immediate goal was 315 x 20 and my main goal is 330 x 20. For 10s, I ended up doing 305 4x10 and then switched to 310 x 20. That was last weeks weight.

I don't do ass go grass but it's below parallel.

And what was wrong with the narration? He was keeping tabs on my form for me.

I was kidding (somewhat) on the narration. I know he was trying to keep your form correct I just would have found it annoying. Then again I would have had the decibels cranked up so loud I wouldnt have heard a word he said.

    good job bro
What is the benefit of going that low? I ask because i've always been taught that its pointless because your causing more damage than you are growth.

It actually does bother my knees to continuously go deeper. But it's usually because I bounce a little. My vert is up, my speed is up, and my squat is up. No reason for me to go beneath my current depth. Below parallel, indefinitely, is plenty for me. No reason to absolutely bury it in my eyes. The Olympic lifters who bury it, usually bounce HARD, and that, to me, is the wrong way to do it.

Yeah I go SLIGHTLY below parallel. Very slightly. But that's it

Nice work! Motivation! I recently have adapted to bottoming out after 3 years of half way squating on the smith mach at that. LOL I do about half the weight now but I hurt twice as long. Good hurt tho. Watched a guy at the gym today do 585 for 2 slightly more than half reps. Which is still more than I would have done.
