Know that my legs are all strength. No cosmetic leg workout here. Box jumps, squat, split squat, reverse lunges... That's it.
45" box jumps 3x3
Squat 290 4x10 (that's today's goal)
Split squat 85lbs DBs 3x6
Reverse lunge 205 4x3

Not the greatest pics, but closer to 10% IMO. 192 though? No offense, but you don't look 192 to me. Not that you look small or anything, just not 192 for your height. I was about 195 in my avy, at 5'11. Just to put it in perspective.

^^ on second glance, you look like you're probably a lot wider than I am up top... structurally if nothing else. That alone can make up quite a bit of weight. And also looking at the wheel pics, and being able to see your stomach better, I think you're very close with your own estimate of ~ 12%. Either way, nice job!

Seeing my stomach in my leg picture? I was hunched over trying to take that picture.
I'm 191lbs in the morning and about 195lbs before bed. No one believes i'm this heavy, ever...!

Really? You think my legs are that big? I thought they were pretty small. Well, big enough for you to believe I'm 192. No one really believes I'm that heavy.
14% body fat? Yea...? That high? Where do you think all that fat is. Not a sarcastic response, just curious.

That's exactly what I thought while analyzing his pics, although pics can be deceiving. No offense OP, you've got a nice lean build for sure but at 5'-7" 192 lbs. I would have expected a more broad build. Just for reference I'm 5'-10", 200 lbs. in my avy pic. In general 1" in height for males is equivalent to ~6 lbs. of body weight...so with my same build I would be 182 lbs. at your height (5'-7"). Obviously, this is just a rough estimate. None-the-less great work OP!

Not trying to be a dick, just saying from the pics you've taken (given that your height is 5'-7") you don't look 190ish, but if you are then good for you. Are you weighing on the same scale? I personally only weigh once per week (every monday right before my workout on the same scale) as scales can differ and your weight can differ from day to day. As far as bodyfat % you look to be 9-10% so nice work!

I use 2 different scales. I use the gym scale and my personal scale. I weigh myself about 100 times a week. Hahah
And yea, I am 5'7". If I could prove it to you, I would!

190's sound heavy for your height, but people are different.
Lean bro, I say right around the 10% area. That right thur is what I am shooting for some day. But closer to 220. . . . . .
Good job!

I guess you're right. I have nothing to prove. Just looking for positive feedback is all!
Thanks tough

No need to prove it bro I believe you. I remember when I first started lifting weights I would jump on the scale at least 3 times per day. The truth is your weight will fluctuate from day to day, hell sometimes from hour to hour that's why I recommend only weighing once per week and on the same scale.
gbrice is correct...OP, sorry if I came across as a dick, that wasn't my intent.

Thanks everyone. I feel good, which is awesome. Almost 200lbs which would be pretty sick to weigh at 5'7". But I'm ending my big bulk so looks like I'll be settling at 185lbs or so. 190lbs sounds awesome though! Haha

10-12%. Leaning more to the lower.
Op, like said above. Weight does not matter. It's how you look. Keep it up. You've done well!

Yea, I can get my veins to really pop if I stretch.

That was today. First post workout pictures ever. No idea how to do a back pose. Literally just pulled my arms in for that.

Below parallel. I don't mess with the half and quarter squat nonsense!
I am gonna take a video of my goal weight. 315lbs is my immediate goal and 330 is my main goal.

I did the bodpod for a friendly competition at work. Was 11% you look about the same or a little bit more shredded than me so I'd guess you'd be around there.

In post #3 you say your goal for your leg workout is 290x10 for 4 sets. After watching the video I wouldn't think 290x10 would be very challenging? Great work BTW on the squats, although I'd have thrown a plate at the dude filming it when I was done.
