My three month transformation
Started working out again and dieting about a week before Halloween and have stuck with it. I had a really serious kidney problem over the summer and decided to do this ALL NATURAL (Including no supplements, besides whey protein before and after my training) .

Thank you, I have to take blood pressure meds now everyday. I had a biopsy done and they concluded that I have disease called FSGS. They believe it was from steroid use . I'm not too sure it was but i'm also not a doctor lol. I'm gonna remain natural and keep it going. I'm disappointed with my ab development. My own fault I guess bc I never train them directly, so i'm gonna focus on them a bit now!

I might get flamed for this and i've been around long enough to know the right and wrong way to go about things but I winged it everyday. I did morning cardio 3-4 days a week on an empty stomach only sipping on BCAA'S. I ate when I was hungry and bc of my kidney issues I had one or two meals a day that contained no protein. I only really watched my sodium intake. I tried to eat mostly organic food, no drinking and no fast food whatsoever. I will give a sample day but I often went off this.
meal 1- "juice" 2 cups collard greens, 1 clove garlic, 2 sticks celery, 1 apple, 4 carrots
meal 2- 4 eggwhites, 2 whole eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon
meal 3- 1 can tuna, 2 tablespoons of evoo mayo and 1/2 chopped apple
meal 4- black iced coffee, 1 scoop vanilla whey
meal 5- 3 freshly juiced apples, 1 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey, 1/2 graham cracker, tsp of cinnamon. BEST SHAKE EVER BTW, Tastes like apple pie!!
meal 6- tilapia smothered in evoo mayo and topped wit sliced almonds over spinach

you wont get flammed. theres no right or wrong its what works for you. and it did.
what you did do everyday was eat clean thats what worked no need for strict diets unless competing

I completely agree. I made sure I sweat at least an hour everyday! I ate when I was hungry and thats it. I've done the whole preparing each meal, weighing food, counting macros. It's not for me, it takes a lot of the enjoyment out of lifting for me. I'm never going to compete. I'm healthy, i'm happy lol

Well done mate, excellent work.
So where to from here? Will you be continuing as you have been or changing your workout/diet.
I'm presuming with your kidney issue that you won't be getting on aas anymore?
Keep up the great work.

IDK where i'm gonna go from here. Definitely won't ever use any AAS again. I can't even use jack3d, its crazy. My Dr. would like to see me lose more weight and muscle mass bc it apparently stresses the kidneys. I might just get more tattoos haha.. I'd like some bigger traps, wider back, and to bring in stronger abs. I'll probably focus on those a lot more.

I don't know my exact stats on everything but i know my weight before was 252 and after 233. My arms were 18 3/4 before and 18" even after. I think keeping my sodium low and eating whole foods instead of shakes kept me from cheating. I ate a lot of fruit and veggies. I lost quite a bit of strength. Before I had any kidney trouble (and i was on aas) I was benching 405 for 4-5 reps.. Monday I did 365 for 3 and my spotter probably pulled 75% of the last rep lol. I don't mind though .

lol.. i'm not even going to argue that. I have no reason to lie. I'll take it as a compliment though. I was still muscular in the first pic, I had 19" arms! I just leaned out and i'm on lasix bc my kidneys don't function normal so I'm holding a lot of water in the first pic and very little in the second. But anyway, you're entitled to your own beliefs. I forgot how jealous some ppl can be geez

That was cool, respect and thanks.. I have always used this forum for answers and help. Also have always been upfront about everything including aas. I have been training for 12 years straight. I just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else with any kidney issues had anything to offer.
