    25+%

Not too bad considering your weight, IMO.

Man! If you were 255lbs you're in awesome shape now! You've definitely put some time in!

Thanks bro. I was around 9% in my avy (from last summer). Unfortunately, it's 'bulking' season and I let it get a bit out of hand this winter, lol. No worries though, I start my spring/summer cut in 4 weeks, i'll get back in no time. This is me right now, roughly 17%.

Body composition is so different between people.

I am just a little bit higher in weight and don't look nowhere near as thick as you do 5 pounds lighter.

Oh well, we just do the best with what we got.

OP, you'll be happy with the results when you shed some of the fat. At least you have some decent muscle base that some people with high Bf lack.

Man, you guys are both jacked though. You look awesome.

Thanks Samson, I've upped the amount of gym time I'm doing to make sure to maintain as much of my muscle while shredding that I can. I'm aiming for 1.5-2lbs/week and hoping around 195 I'll look pretty decent. Depending on that I'll start a cycle.

    Thanks again guys.

Quick question? At what bf% would it be acceptable for me to start a test/var cycle?

Generally 15% bf or lower seems to be the guide line most will suggest.

Ok, I thought maybe with Var 20% would be adequate as it helps burn fat.

    Thanks!

I agree with this, to a point. I went by this the first cycle out. I dropped to 15% and jumped on, dropped again and jumped on again.

Now, I think it doesn't matter but only to a point. If you want to add some shit and start a cut, it's possible. But, not all that necessary. Also, your sides will be worse. All juice effects your lipid profiles. You cholesterol can more than triple, then some. That alone is not good, shit. Then the gyno debate, the more fat the more prone to gyno. I dunno, I still don't want to try that one out on myself. The cholesterol is a fact, proved that to myself with blood work.

Straight, up in your case I would just drop some weight then juice. It's just better, you can lose up to 3 pounds a week on a EC stack. Shit, I did and retained all of my LBM.

I know juice sounds great, but for weight loss it's not a necessity at all.

April is doable, almost 3 months. If I can lose 50 pounds in 2 months, I think anyone healthy can do it.

Samson, you mentioned EC stacking? I was curious do you think I'd get better results from EC stacking or sticking with cycling Clen ? It's hard to tell the results I'm getting from clen, as I'm exercising, and counting my calories every day.

I never considered running Clen due to how people say it makes you feel. I like the EC stack, I start the cut of naturally for about a month then jump on the EC to just fly past the plateaus.

Seems to work real good for me. Clen never sounded appealing, at least I feel great on the EC stack.

Follow my log, it's in the nutrition section somewhere.

It was extreme, 10 weeks, EC stack for 6 of those weeks.

    Wow, that's awesome.

my weekly calorie base is around 1750 (to lose 1.5lbs/week) which works out to be 12250 calories/week. Is it safe if I'm below my weekly requirement by around 3000? I seem to be losing quite a lot of fat off my body, If I weighed myself daily i'm sure I could witness the loss.

That's almost a pound a day, not saying you didn't do it...but that doesn't seem realistically possible unless you were morbidly obese

Not really, I was holding a shit ton of water. We shed water weight very quickly. Out of the 50 pounds I lost at least 15-20 was just water weight.

    Update,

First one is 225, second is 218 third is 207.

Figured I'd try and keep a running log on here. From the second picture to the last I can't see TOOO much of a difference. Next picture will be at 195
