Been a few years
Let me start by saying sorry for the horrible picture quality and lack of pictures.
So it's been a few years since I last posted. Looking at my old pics makes me slightly depressed. But I figured I'd show were I am. Alot has happened in the past few years that have thrown me off my game and brought me back.
I've been cutting for about 5 months. My max weight was 250lbs.
Left pic is around 235-240lbs Sep 2012
Right pic is around 207lbs Jan 2013 (Assuming 18%BF)
Still cutting down to about 190-195 which I assume I will be 10%.
Will be posting my diet/workout ect. in corresponding sections

Cutting is working for ya. Nice seperation in the bicep, good peak btw, top abs peeking through, squaring of the pecs

Strength has actually been increasing only because I went from laying on my couch eating shit to lifting and Doin cardio. So I'm still in that rare stage of gaining strength and losing fat.
It's hard to give you guys an idea of my lifts cause I'm not really Doin the big ones (dead lifts, sqauts ect) but to give you an idea of where I'm at. This isn't a workout routine of mine just some lift numbers.
Flat bench 205lb 8x
Leg press machine 260lb 8x
Db shoulder press 65lb 10x
Curl bar standing 80lb 8x
I have started logging every lift so I can keep track and increase little by little.

I would say quite a bit lower than 18% for the current pic.
Looking good man, hell of a change.

Looking good mate!,,,,keep up the hard work......its great getting back on here! i had a good lay off myself being lazy and eating shit..........back on track and the support is just as good as always!
