Don't get me wrong I've trained for about 7 years...on and off sometimes. I was in mint shape 2-3 years ago...

If achieve even 75% of what you did ill be happy..
I am a lil lower bf to begin with so I know I wont see as crazy of results.

either april 15th or june 1st, ill have to get blood work done april 1st to make sure everything is where it needs to be.
I have fat man genetics... no joke.. if i ate bad for two days i can up 10lbs easy ,
My maintenance is 2505, by bf is slightly lower than where you started, i think ill start out at 2100 cals at a 40/40/20
am fasted cardio( never done it) and 40 min after wrkout. min 3-4x per week.
usually i get depressed( literally fall into depression) when i see scale numbers drop so cuts are tough for me. Thats why i got all interested when i seen your post.

Really really well done OP your thread really interested me its how a cycle should be. I liked the fact you said '......nothing spectacular just consistent...' Which for me hit the nail in the head. Congratulations great recomp!

Its hard for me to tell cause I see myself anyday, do I look any leaner? 10% yet?
Starting PCT in 2 days so hopefully can atleast maintain what I got right now for the months to come, would be more than happy. My gf tells me I'm to big , I told her she needs to get her head examined lol. 190lbs is def not to big IMO. Would like to eventually get to 195/200 and be 9-10% and that would be my ideal physique.
