    Thanks brother, I start with my coach John Hollywood JUne 1st and I told him I want to take this summer and bulk up and plan a show next april. Im hoping I can gain a good 5-7lbs of muscle between that time.

    Nice! you will be a beast with 5-10lbs more muscle. Youl be loving the bulk calories, what macros and cals will you bulk on?

    Went to doctors for 12 week checkup and he said my arm is doing fking beautiful lol his exact words.

    Told me go as heavy as u want on presses and keep going up 10% each week on pulls.

    I pleased with how things are going!

    I actually just started a cycle and trying to get this mass back that I lost. It really Fcked me up tearing that arm, I would have stayed lean for the summer but now I am bulking and will try this cut/show end of this year or beginning of 2015.

    Ill be honest , being as lean as I was is not fun. I was exhausted and starving! I think half the reason I was miserable was tren . I cant sleep worth sh!t on that drug and doubt I will use again. If I was getting my sleep during that cut I am sure I would have felt much better!

    I am thinking test npp and vat will be the only things I will run for it. With strict diet and cardio I bet I will look just as good.

    Same here, as time goes by it wears on me and takes its toll. Glad to hear things are moving forward. Just becareful with the gear, it might mask some of the pain in your arm so dont over train....stay aware.

    Yeah I'm starting sooner than i thought but honestly ive been going at it max weight without thought to it now . I'm cautious on curls and some pulls but I'm very impressed on how things are. At my 10 week check up the doc felt the tendon and did some tests and his exact words were ... Wow that's fuking beautiful! I was like I guess that's good. At that point he said go max weight on all press movements and move up 10% each week on curls and pulls..


    So far so good,

    Back with my coach now on a bulk . Macros are 250p 350c and 55f with 1 Refeed and lower carbs on off days.

    Glad that hick up didnt halt you too much. Keep up the good work. Those macros shoulg help you put on some quality muscle. You still on the tren or on npp now?

    No im not running tren anymore I think, it destroys my sleep way to much..

    was cruising on test last few months, then around the first of this month or week before I pinned 250 test in anticipation of doing 500 a week but then said screw it and went 750 a week and about 300 deca for the lube.

    So feel great and all this test isn't even fully kicked or hit peak levels yet.. Super excited to see how much quality mass I can gain.

    Bulk going well, 195lb was 178 at start. Coach upped me to 500 carbs a day!! That's a lot for me lol.. Just on 250t now and still doing well.. Abs pretty much gone but feel good bigger!
