Results from my dieting, opinions?
Dieted for 16 weeks, went from 227 to 191. Didn't cut water or sodium or anything along those lines so I'm holding some water. What BF do y'all think I'm at? Also what would you say I need to work on? I'm thinking middle to upper back and rear delts. Any constructive criticism is welcome!

i see 12-14%
wheels need the most work imho...everything else just add bulk

I say 12% or so
Since I put myself @ 14% right now and I still look a bit squshier
