    But, I'd say around 25-30%

    Diet is #1

    Then everything else

    Thanks man i think its time to cut down I just hate looking skinny, I actually wanna be around 240-250 mostly muscle when i reach my goal

    240+ at a low Bf is straight beast mode

    Yup at least high 20s. It's always best to have a clear prospective as well as realistic goals. Take it one day at a time. No amount of gear (if you are considering that) is going to get you to 240 solid muscle. 90% will be diet and training.

    The gear is a damn near must.

    I say it's like 60% diet, 20&20 on gear & training

    Id say atleast 25%. Keep some short term goals too. 240-250 mostly muscle which I assume is approx 10-12% is a long term goal. That would mean youd Have to gain about 40lbs of pure muscle. Even w steroids would take a good 4-5yrs min.
