4 months transformation an bf estimatepliz?!
hey evry one
just wanted to share my results for 4 months from 98 kgm to 90 kgm
first photo was in february
after stopped workin out for two months an get marred honey moon an i tottaly missed up
i turned to keto in march an it has help me so much for drobing fat an made some shape
diet was about 2200 cal
5 days gym
cardio after lifting for 35-45 min
pliz rate me an tell me my bf presntage
an any advices for countio

Nice progress, the lower belly fat melted off fast. What did you do for abs other than cardio?

Eat alot of fibers speacially from green vaggies
Supplemnts must me included in this type of diet : whey pro / ceriatin /multivitamin an vitamin c
Fat burner will help u for sure
Do black caffe 2-3 times a day

Here is new photo after one month in hgh cycle
6 on / 7 days at 4 iu
Am in 9 months hgh cycle
I will run test after 3 months
Maybe insulin + T4 still thinkng about it depends in goal an results i want

Damn bro looking legit! Crazy transformation. And even crazier 2200cal a day cut! I'd eat my arms off that low! I run slightly below maintenance and two "zero" carb days a week on my cut.. And those low carb days are bruuuuutal
