    Bf estimate by pics...

    Hey guys and gals, just would like some input on my current status... I'm getting a bod pod done soon just wanted to see what you all think...Thx and much appreciated! Don't have any good pics of legs but they're pretty lean(need some more thickness for sure) Thx

    10-11% close to getting some serious striations 3 of the 4 pics won't load though

    I can see them all mate. 10-12% probably, I suspect your bodpod will say 13-16%.

    I know you may have mentioned tis elsewher (or may not want to so tell me to mind my own) but you have some kind of scarring on the stomach area?

    Thx BIB! & Yes very much so! I've had 5 ventral hernia repairs and they've cut through my abdominal wall every time... And the mesh they put in I had removed in the office it was so badly infected! So I definitely gave welts going laterally(from really thick wire) and had about 14" worth of staples(45+)... So the middle line separating my "bricks so to speak" is just a bunch of air lol like a drift spot on a tire! Lol

    Fvck man. Well. All things considered, it doesn't look that bad, they could have butchered you with that many opportunities.

    Are you cutting or bulking right now, what the plan over the next 12 weeks or so?

    Bulking! I've been this whole time(while on - primed to 175 b4 and am currently sitting at 194-195 in am)...

    Since getting into Marcus' thread(I've learned soo much lol) and getting that squared away(still am but HIT RULES) I've went from skinny fat 13-14is(thought lower ha) to current! So as I've bulked I've actually lost a significant amount of bf while bulking(all diet)

    Oh and I'm just glad they didn't butcher me lol! I gave em too many chances!

    Well I have a doc appt for my primary hypogonadism in July... I planned on cruising on just a TRT dose(125-150mgs wkly) reg BW until I get in... I have all my pct meds for when I have to come off(for their BW) - I'm almost at end of wk 12 here(16) and then just maintain the new tissue! Any suggestions BIB?!

    My guesstimation would be some where in the 9%. Looking awesome man. Looking soils man. Honeslty I wouldnt change anything just keep enjoying training and eating and if u go down anymore then great but if not u still look awesome. Size to shredded ratio is pretty damn good. Keep up the great work man

    @tice - Thx bro! I've not been leaner(and I was lower b4 but skinny lol) just need to show some leg shots too! Yeah my body seems to respond well to higher carbs lower fats/higher protein! Been bulking this whole time so I'm happy w/my gains and lower bf

    I'm about to blast for the first time in over a year gonna run a moderate dose of tren 400-600/week with 200-400 of test... I'm at around 15% b.f. atm due to crappy diet and taking off 3 months training due to caring for my recovering wife a few weeks of steady training and the muscle memory is there for sure
