    BF Estimate pls

    Hi,

    I am on my 8th week of running test-p with winny. Thought I would see your thoughts about my current BF? I am aiming for 8-10%...

    Training 6 days a week, 4 days strength (free weights) and 2 days cardio.

    I'm 35 years old, 174cm tall, 75kg, diet is clean, little carbs, practically no fat or sugars -I miss my bread....

    Thanks Samson, I bought from Amazon a body fat calliper which I hope arrives tomorrow. Working towards 10%, if I can drop into the single digits I'll be well happy.

    I use a warrior digital caliper - according to it, I'm under 7% < which I know is BS

    I add about 2.5-3% to what it reads. A guy on here did a digital caliper test, then got a bod pod scan. The bod pod showed about 2.7% higher that the digital caliper.

    I got myself a cheap plastic pair, unfortunately still not arrived -perhaps early next week. Your 1 looks impressive (did not know they came out like that)
