    16 year old natural

    Here are some pics of me after about 9 weeks or so of cutting. Thanks to the bros on this site who helped me with my diet.

    diet

    hey dude...i just started cutting and im trying to get my bf way down..im at 20% right now...yikes! if you could forward me info on your diet...or tell me what you did that would rock... your pics are fucking amazing for 16... im 27... do not slack! its harder to go back than to do maintainece...okay! so work of the wise(r). ha ha ha. hit me up if you got a chance...i wanna get ripped!

    Sure here's my diet. I change it up a bit every 5 weeks or so. Meals are 2.5 to 3 hours apart usually.
    I do HIIT cardio 4-5 times a week or walking on incline for 45 minutes.
    I take whey occasionally and Flax seed Oil for supplements. I was around 20% when I started as well you just have to stick by it for a while.


    7:30AM: 1 cup oatmeal
    1 can tuna

    11:30 AM: 1 Cup Rice
    1 Chicken Breast

    3:00PM: 1/2 Chicken Breast
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice

    Workout/ Cardio

    4:00PM: 1/2 Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Brown Rice

    7:00PM: 1 Chicken Breast

    9:00PM: 1 Whole Egg,
    4-5 Egg Whites
    1/2 Can tuna

    10:00PM: 1tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of Flaz seed oil

    Def. an early bloomer...LOL. Keep up the good work bro your looking good. More cadio will get you the cut, that your mass deserves. Good luck man.
