Wow your girlfriend is beautiful. I am i AZ too, I want to look like her any advice....my diet just isn't doing it for me I wanted to do clen & T3. My exercise and diet have done nothing for me in over two months thats why I wanted a boost of some sort...could she give me some tips any advice is greatly appreicated.

Yeah lol ask God to give you her genetics lol. Unsure why people think they can be what they are not. No offense. Mainly speaking about dudes that want to be big but are naturally 140lbs lol and think roids will give them gains they will actually retain lol. Up your intensity lol train your abs like any other muscle and make them big
