Well folks... it's been a while, so I thought I would post an update... This is me and Ronnie at the Arnold Classic 2 weeks ago along with some photos taken 2 days before the Arnold. I put together a site about my trip to the AC that can viewed on my webpage or at www.arnoldclassic2004.com .

My diet is based on the following principles...
3 meals and 3 snacks that are spaced 3 hours apart, with the 1st being when you wake up and the last being just before bed. Meals & snacks are based on the following types of foods.
Each meal must have a protein source, they can come from the following…
-lean meat
-fish
-fat free cheese
-egg whites
1 fruit a day… ½ a banana counts as 1 fruit
As much vegetables as you like… this includes salad and frozen vegetables
Up to 2 slices of low calorie bread; this translates in to 50 or less calories per slice.
You can eat out, but must follow the above guidelines…
Alcohol must be kept at a bare minimum, no alcohol is ideal
You can not eat starchy foods like rice, pasta, potatoes or corn
You must drink sufficient water; this translates into at least 4 liters a day, with 8 being ideal

I had the same question about your pecs bro. Not a flame at all, but rather a question. My brutha and I were lookin' at your pecs, and it looks like you have incision lines on your nipples, and/or a mild case of gyno. Have you ever had gyno surgery or gyno itself, as it appears that is the case? (It's not like you're going to say "yes" if that's the case, not sure why I asked you to tell us, lol!)
I believe that is what MMC78 meant. Your 2003 pic doesn't have it, but your much heavier pic right next to it does, suggesting some type of surgery. Just curious, nothing more, Arnold must have been a blast.
Did you ever kick that guys butt who had you hold an "In Da Butt" sign for that candid picture? That would have p*ssed me off bro, then again, I know what IDB stands for, lol...........
We still await your help in the diet forum bro, we always see your pics/updates here, but you never come and help us out. You promised!

You guys seem to be really fixated with guys nipples... I have never had any gyno surgery... I will gladly take my shirt off for closer inspection the next time I see anyone from the board at an event... Take a closer look...
And it was all in good fun with the follks from offtopic.com... I even got a couple of those guys on my fat2fit program and chances are eventually they will make unto my webpage with the rest of the people I have help... at that point I will get them to hold up some kind of funny sign

Fixation? Not really considering your pec is in the CENTER of the pic.
It's clear as day in the pic that something appears "different", hence the question by myself and others.
No need to be so defensive bro, it was just a question and you have answered. You swear like someone here is going to just "run into you" and ask to see your tit, lol.
You did however ignore the part about the diet forum. You do help w/diets, correct?
Or do you not help out the general public unless they come to you for service? We could always use the help of someone who helps so many others, after all, you have to spread yourself around and be willing to help! Don't forget your pics may inspire people, yes, but then they want more and then need your assistance. A.R. is all about assistance and support.

If you compare the June 2003 pic to the July 2003 pic, you look A LOT bigger in JUNE? Hell, you look bigger in June than you did in August?? That doesnt seem right?

I don't see how you can act surprised that people don't think you are natural...in all your pics you look pretty lean and hard, then you look soft and bloated in a way usually only seen on a heavy cycle, and then back to lean and hard again in the next set of pics...
Either way I'm not trying to flame you, impressive progress natural or not.

We need to put this argument to rest
My take is simple. (I'm not getting caught up in this argument or immaturity) Andre. I personally think you have taken steroids JMO...But guess what? You look unbelievable, plain and simple. No one will look down on you because of this especially from this board. Your before and after pics are incredible. Just because you did or didn't take steroids doesn't mean you worked any less to get where you are. It took a lot of hard work and determination to get there. I could care less if someone took horse sh it
to get in shape as long as they busted there ass to get there.
So I don't know why post after every post this argument continues. Bro's if he did take it he obviously will never admit it, so instead of continually starting arguments, we should concentrate on other things. I also know if your trying to make $$$ with a diet program so be it. God bless you. But, I just think with all the uncertaintly surrounding you, it's going to be very difficult.
Andre, as Swole says, you should help out in the Diet forum.
When it comes to diet programs, The only bro I think I truly trust with a diet program is SWOLECAT.
Congrats bro, no matter how you got there. Keep busting your ass

Does it really matter if he is or isnt natural? You can argue all day if he isnt or is. But in the end, we will never know for sure, he does. If he isnt natural, he is just lieing to himself.
Natural or not, your looking great mate. Keep up the training.
