    Tron's get BIG or die tryin log

    Pictures will be posted this evening in the official thread as well as my log.

    I've already started my cycle about 5 weeks ago. So far I've put on about 20 total pounds so far.

    Stats as of this past Wednesday:
    224.5
    Roughly 15% bf

    Current cycle:
    1-8 800mg prop a week
    1-8 200mg enth a week
    1-4 700mg var a week

    Then dropping to 200mg enth for 4 weeks

    Coming back up with:
    1-8 800mg prop a week
    1-8 200mg enth a week
    1-8 500mg tren ace a week

    Diet is:
    4am:
    morning shake consists of:
    1 cup egg whites
    .5 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop casein
    2 tbsp cold milled flax seed
    2 tbsp macadamia nut oil

    7am:
    6 whole omega eggs
    5 strips turkey bacon

    10am:
    6 oz salmon

    12pm:
    8 oz chicken
    1 oz walnuts

    3pm:
    6 oz salmon

    6pm:
    8 oz chicken
    1 oz almonds

    8pm: workout

    9pm:
    1 oz chocolate covered almonds
    Shake (same as above but whey added)

    11pm:
    8 oz talapia

    Comes out to about 3600 cals, 476g protein, 31g carbs, 276g fat

    I know, I know...not a common diet, but I'm carb sensitive and this is a diet I'm having success with as of right now. Eating about 800 cal above tdee and putting on minimal fat (gained roughly 3% in about 8 weeks).

    Also taking:
    T3 100mcg

    Will start daily workout updates today as well.

    Well....Good for you having those gains from such a low carb diet!! I wouldn't make it to 3pm on that. Wish i could though.

    Haha I actually feel better on low carbs. I guess I'm one of those anomalies. It took some getting used to and slowly weened myself off them. Right now the only real carbs I get are post workout. One day when I'm not a big ole weenie I may drop them all and use slin. But I don't feel educated enough to make that jump, so I'll manipulate it as naturally as I can.

    Shit ya big weenie, you need to add compounds to that slin usage for best results! And you'll need to incorporate a few more carbs as well. But anyway, i'm about to post my "completely worthless thread" here in a few. And yes, it includes slin! haha...

    Can't wait to see your results on that diet. Amazing.

    I know right now as we speak I lay on the floor on the middle of the gym cuz 10 x 10 on squats just kicked my white ass!

    I'd b interested in hearing what u gotta say about dat der slin!

    just looked at the pictures from a computer (uploaded on from my phone), youll have to excuse the face in the second picture, apparently i was talking haha

    anyway...

    when i first got to the gym i was a little sluggish. i managed to get out of work early and thought it prime opportunity to take a nap before hitting the gym. i love sleep, too bad i dont get enough of it. it took me awhile to get warm and into the swing of things. this is what my work out consisited of.

    10 minutes on a treadmill at 3mph.
    15 reps on leg extensions with low weight, dont even remember how much, just to kinda get them moving a little more, did the same with leg curls

    squats:
    135 x 20 <---warm up
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 8 <--no spotter and no way i could do one more
    225 x 7<--no spotter and no way i could do one more
    225 x 4<--no spotter and no way i could do one more
    225 x 3<--no spotter and no way i could do one more

    hack squats - close stance
    180 x 15 <---warm up
    230 x 14.5
    270 x 9.5
    270 x 8.5
    270 x 5.5

    leg extensions - hold 5 sec at top, 5 sec down
    70 x 5
    70 x 5
    70 x 5
    70 x 5

    laying leg curls
    120 x 5
    120 x 4.5
    120 x 4
    120 x 3.5

    walked 10 minutes on treadmill @ 2.5 mph

    all in all, had a great workout! legs still feel like jello almost 3 hours later. cant love anything more then leaning against the bar in the squat rack and looking up in the mirror seeing sweat drip off your nose as your legs throb, feeling like your about to puke up your last meal!

    I'm beating the hell out if em. I think they're growing, my upper body blows up like a balloon tho. I feel big, but not big enough!

    Yeah, I was still pretty deflated from a natural cut. Got down to about 12% from probably close to 18% right before Christmas. Took better part of a month off from dieting. Then started a bulk a lil before I got on. Never again will I cut natty.

    Haha there's not an ice cubes chance in hell I'd be able to play tennis after a shoulder workout! After a shoulder workout I have to drive using the bottom part of the steering wheel!

    Thanks man...like I said, I look deflated as all hell in those pics. I was on a pretty intense deficit. But I am really proud of my results considering when I started lifting I was 160 pounds. It's become an obsession. I'm gonna do everything in my power to see 250!!

    I'm hoping so! I'm taking t3 to try and keep fat low, and hopefully the little cuts I do, plus a clean diet will help keep the fat at bay while Im on project mass.
