Hi,

I have a huge problem. I am constantly feeling flu-ish. I drink multi-vitmins, vitamin C and make sure I get enough rest and so forth.

But I'll get a cold, recover, get back in gym, then 2 weeks later, I'm flat in bed again with some type of cold/flu. Its driving me insane.

Is there anything anyone can recommend taking to help my immune system?
