    Hello from Texas

    Hello to everybody. 41 yrs old and not ready to give up the ghost yet. I did a couple of cycles back when I was 21. I knew very little at the time about how to juice. I know I liked it though. I've always kept lifting over the years and never lost the desire to be big and strong. Glad to have the internet and this site this to avoid making mistakes like I did when I first started.

    My goals

    I get tired of staying on the same level year after year as far as strength and size go. I get my arms up to 18 inches or my bench up to 350 and then my strength drops back down for a while. It's getting harder to maintain size too. I used to eat alot but i'm tired of putting on fat. I'm 6'2 and currently weigh 248. As I get older I just want to keep feeling good and make progress in the gym. I would prefer to have strength and size over looking shredded but not fat like alot of power lifters. I know my test levels are on the low end. I've been around some some top power lifters in my younger days and strength has always impressed me. Probably because I was only 6'2 and 175 as a senior in high school. I don't want to be the huge monster I did when I was 21 but I still want to feel like one.
