Hey everyone, just created my account a couple days ago to do some more specific searching. I must say i love this Forum, So much info on everything. Here is some info about me:

Back Ground:
Sports fanatic played football, track, and wrestling in highschool always had about 14-18% body fat

Hurt my knee end of highschool so stopped most activity, past 11 months been hitting the gym after getting way over weight

Was:
Age: 20
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 292lbs
BF %: not known
Waste: 42"

Current:
Age: 21
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 230lbs
BF %: about 22%
Waste: 38"

Ive made some good progress and never really had a set diet or work schedule. Now trying to get everything in check so i get rid of some of my body fat, and get looking amazing lol. Just wanted to introduce myself (figues this is the best way for a first post)
