First cycle....help?!!
Been lifting for about 5 years. Mainly like a jack ass I haven't paid attention to diet like I should and have been stuck at 175 pounds for 3 years. Have changed my diet and am now doing it right but need info about possibly running a first cycle. I am not fishing but am curious about suggestions on what to look out for. I have researched a bit about PCT and Gyno and clomid but have NO idea about what to combine for a SAFE first cycle. So much info is avalable. Many of which is telling me many different things...Just need help...=(

If I sound overwhelmed it is because I am. I don't want to harm myself but I also don't want to shunned off for asking for help.
Stats...
age 26
height 5'9"
weight 175
BF about 15%...=(
frequent the gym 4-5 days a week
consume about 250g protein/daily
have tried HIT programs hypertrophy 5x5 (they all work but nothing has really helped me get any stronger or larger)

After all the research I have done this is what I have come up with... Please, if this sounds way off let me know any info is much apreciated...
WEEKS CYCLE
1-12 Test E 200mg 2x/Week
1-4 D-bol 30-35 mg/day
Weeks/PCT
13-14 Clomid 50mgs
13-16 Nolva 20mgs
15-16 clomid 25mgs
Workout well consist of a slit routine
mon-chest and tri
tues-back and bic
wed-shoulders
thurs- legs
fri,sat,sun off

It sounds to me you have a diet problem bro...
Post up exactly what you eat in a regular day. Include how much the food weighs, and macros.
Your goals can easily be met with diet help im sure. Post the diet here:

I will post again next monday. Between now and then I will keep a food diary and let you know. Unfortunetly I have a ulceraive colitis so drinking protein shakes and eating high fiber really does a number on me. Diet for some people maybe just a matter deciding to to it right and actually going out and doing it. For me it's not quite that easy unfortunetly. My diet
meal one
8 egg whites 1 yolk
1 whole wheat slice of toast
meal two
1/4 cup almonds
meal three
2-6 oz. chicken breasts grilled
2 c. lettuce with 2 Tbl. dressing
meal four
protein bar
workout
meal five
10 oz. steak
1 cup of onions,bell peppers
meal six
casein shake before bed
There is slight variation on this but I have just started this "diet". Does this sound okay? Please point me in the right direction if I am making any mistakes.

Thanks man. I'm wondering if you or any one has any sugestions on diet. I can't drink protein shakes that often. They give me the shits. Eating that much protien to make up for it is hard. Any ideas???
