Hey im 22yrs old come from New Zealand, been lifting since i was 12 on an off just started 2 get serious when i turnd 20 currently at 88kg, diets a bit shocking but im looking 4 strenth and mass ill trim up later on. I train 2 days on 1 day off not much cadio jus heavy as i can hiting about 6reps then spoted to 10 or fatigue.
