new from ny
25 going on 26 never been a gym rat start and stop ... i work 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day doing construction so its hard for me im 6'1 280 not in shape but want to get in shape before its too late ... last year was 325 and through diet only went down to 280 in about 3 months maybe less and have kept that weight off ... i need motivation to go to the gym so i was thinking about taking some stuff not looking to get big just want to lose weight and harden up im thinking a good weight for me is about 240 ... i dont lead a sedentary life by any means im very active with my job on my feet all day long but im here for some help and advice ... well thats it lol

Welcome, you need to be in the diet section.. You have no idea how much tou dont know until you get over there. Learning it is hard and putting it to use is harder. When you get it rt your gonna drop weight so fast it will make your head spin.

Welcome ! Take picture of yourself, look at it and decide what you wanna do . Motivation can be the picture in your head of the person you wanna be.
