    new to the community

    Hey everyone im new here thought id introduce myself. My names matt, im from calgary alberta canada. Im 29 yrs old six foot one and weigh 200 pounds. Ive been workin out on and off for 10 yrs, ive never done a cycle and have been reaserching as for quite sometime now. I went ahead and purchased my first cycle it looks like this

    weeks 1-4 dbol at 25 mg per day
    weeks 1- 12 test cyp 500mg per week
    weeks 9-12 perhaps some winstrol at 50 mg a day (not sure yet)

    pct day 1 nolva 40 mg clomid 150 mg
    pct next 10 days nolva 20 mg clomid 100 mg
    pct next 10 days nolva 20 mg clomid 50 mg

    any advice would be appreciated thanks for listenin and hope to have some good discusions!

    looks like you doing a 20 day pct. try and get some blood work done and see if thats long enough. I personally run a 30 day pct similar to yours.

    thanks everyone, and yeah i was thinkin of running it a little longer, and mabye incorporating some hcg , depending on if i get majour shrinkage or not lol.
