    hello from the uk

    im Ricky

    im 27 (i,ll be 28 end of this month)

    im 5,10 and weigh about 13 stone

    ive been lifting for about 6 months
    i was an amature boxer for over ten years
    but now the boxing has stopped
    i want to get myself bulked up a bit

    im not thinking of using steroids for a while yet
    but thought id register here to get some good
    advice for when the time comes that i do (and i will)

    so anyway guys thats about it
