me, my stats, and the reason why im here :)
hey.
6ft1
198lb
25 years
25-27% bf
5,days cardio - 1 day strength (to change to 4 days power/strength a week before cycle...1ST FEBUARY 2010)
DIET... 150 - 200G protien 50 - 70g carbs per day. 2500 calories (p, shake is nutrisport plus 90)
im an ex rugby player whos getting back on the bandwagon and hit the gym again but want to get lean and reduce the gyno i got from being bout 18 and foolishly gettin on the pink d-bols without much experience or a proper diet back then,
now iv looked everywhere with no luck and really need a bit of advice to keep me alive for my new cycle before i do myself damage.... my cycle is as follows:
CEL M1,4ADD (30ML FIRST 2 WEEKS THEN RAISE TO 60ML WEEKS 3 AND 4)
EPISTANE PROHORMONE (NOT SURE WHEN TO USE WITH M1 TEST)
will i need to run a pct before i do this? and when would i start the pct? what products would anyone else run with then and when please?? any advice would be great and thanks for reading.
