Here are my specs: 5"10, 175-177, 14% body fat. I am looking to get to 195 and be around 12% body fat. I have lifted my entire adult life and really have never gotten above 185, and I was kind of fat. I know diet is crucial. I have tried everything to put on weight but I have a hard time. I know the term hard gainer gets used a lot. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but everytime I try to up my calorie intake (while still eating appropriately balanced meals, just a lot more meals 5-6 meals a day) my body just kind of gets bloated and I start feeling sick. After a few days of trying to eat enough to produce weight gain, I just feel sick and my body responds by just (I apologize for this in advance) making me go to the bathroom more. I don't know what to do, and this is a topic I don't really see discussed on forums a lot.

I am looking for information about what to do to get your body to take in more nutrition so that I can put on muscle.
