i am one of those ppl who use to work out alot..did boxing ran alot, and lifted. 5 years and 20lbs later im signing up to the gym again. im 5'9 and weight 225lbs. my body fat was at 12% and was running the mile in 7min, (good or not i dont know but was only getting better and could bench 245lbs 5 times. weight was 210. so my goal is to get back in shape in the time it takes to get my ducks in a row. so u all will see me around asking questions and what not
