Hey just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I am 32 yrs old from the chicagoland area, I work out 5 days a week and train hard. Have done a few cycles in my 14yrs of working out. Have to say I am in the best shape I have been. Hitting the gym hard and putting up heavy weight for being on nothing else but RTD protein shakes but my diet is clean and heavy in the protein department. I am ready to get back on the program and do it up big.
