Hello everyone I am new here and I'm hoping I can get some good tools to achieve my goals.

first off, here are my stats:

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 240
Age: 25
BF%: 20%
Experience: Weightlifting/fitness- 8yrs on and off, Steroids - none

I am a big built guy. I've been lifting on and off since high-school mainly for High school football. The past 3 years I have been getting back into lifting more regularly. I play on a small local semi-pro football league and I'm looking to step my game up as well as lower that BF%. i'd say my main goal is around 250lbs with a much leaner cut as well as a good strength increase of course.

so on that note i'll head off to the forums to start learning.. any advice is much appreciated
