Powerlifting to gain size, can someone provide information?
I just started taking this cycle Test 250 and Deca 250. I am a novice at this, currently I am 5'9 at 220 lbs with 18 percent body fat I am considered a hard gainer with a small bone structure I do powerlift and I am trying to increase my size and strength, my goal is to achieve 280 - 290 lbs with less than 20 percent body fat within the next few years can anyone provide information on which stack and how many mg's per week should I inject that would be sufficient to gain this size and to increase my strength dramatically and how many calories should I consume, right now I consume about 3,500 calories a day is this enough or should I increase my calorie intake?
