    Howdy

    So I've been on the fence forever about breaking out of the natural routine. I'm still not 100% decided on it but everyone here seems to be pretty helpful and I'm hoping to get a better understanding of everything.

    Anywho, I'm 6'4" 225 roughly 12% BF and I've been training for around 4 years (on a steady routine that is). This aspect of training has always peaked my interest.

    Been trying to post my initial plan for a cycle on the Anabolics Q/A forum but it keeps flagging the spam blocker lol
