Mid 30's Recovering from old injuries
Hello,
So i have had my fair share of injuries. Many broken bones, Torn ligaments, strains sprains and surgeries. The last surgery was 3 years ago and I am having a hard time recovering from it. It was a minor surgery on my knee and should have recovered easily (I have recovered from much worse with Physical Therapy and focus). I am still having trouble gaining strength in my leg and am looking for some help. I am no stranger to discipline and training but am not getting the results I need. I am a non-professional athlete and have never tried any type of steroid but am looking for something that will help push through a slump and retain the strength.
From everything I have researched, I am thinking HGH and Testosterone . Reason being they are relatively mild with minimal side effects. I am hoping that the supplements will help gain strength and reduce body fat without gaining bulk.
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Gday mate, Welcome along, I was in the same position as you and asked my doctor the same question. His reply was not to use HGH. This was 7 years ago. Other members can tell you what they think, His opinion was that other steroids like Test and deca have been in use for over 50 years and there is little medical evidence of harm.
Good luck and speedy recovery. Regards John ( I have never regretted my decision to use)
