    Newbie

    Hi all.m

    I'm new to the site, but not 100% new to steroids . Have done a course or two but feel like I've missed a few important to do's.

    I have received advice from guys who compete, but feel its led me the wrong way and I've been worse off for it.

    I'd really like a hand if possible.

    My scenario: I have 16 weeks till I get married and have quite a bit of fat to cut. I'll be going to a dietician for an eating plan. I'm looking at maintaining whatever muscle mass I have and cutting as much fat as possible. I'm 32. 5.11 and weigh 100kg. I have been training for quite a long time but have never been able to cut.

    I have spoken to a friend of mine and am looking at a 16 week course. Growth, test prop, and either var or Winstrol . Please can someone advise me.

    Welcome, fat loss is done in the kitchen not by taking AAS. Post this question up in nutrition section and Q&A and we can steer you in the right direction.

    welcome, definitely find your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and stay below that with the correct macros intake, you can find a thread in the "FITNESS and NUTRITION FORUM" under "NUTRITION RESOURCE FORUM" thread "IMPORTANT: TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure".
