    Need to break through this wall

    I have been lifting about 10 years tried many different diets, but at a plateau on strength, any suggestions on a pro hormone to break this wall down?

    Prohormones are garbage... You need to mix up the diet and training. Try a 4 week battle of Sheiko.

    it happens. sometimes you have to take a break for a week. gives your body a chance to reboot. heal. move forward.
