hi all. been roaming around this site for a while now and finally coming on board.

i'm 42, 148lbs / 5'6". body fat is minimal

been lifting on and off my entire life but always been a pretty small guy. even though I eat a lot, and well, I guess I'm just one of those skinny guys. anyways, i'm getting older and really starting to "feel it". I've never cycled before but am now ready to begin (is why I have been reading a lot on this site).

I guess i'm looking for some input from the veterans on starting a cycle for some gains.
