    Hello forum, new member here

    Glad to find this site, a lot of good info. Well just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

    30 yr old been out off he gym for about a year looking to get back in the groove. Gained some weight,im 5,9 currently at 214 , was 189 pretty cut. Want to get back on track after.

    Are you planning to cycle aas? Have you cycled before? If not, i recommend you train naturally a couple of months or so before starting a cycle.
    Muscles grow fast on steroids and your tendons will have a hard time to keep up.
