Hello everyone, new to the forum & general introduction.
Hello everyone, I am 27 years old, been lifting on and off sense I have been in grade 10. I started out a long time ago because my best friend at the time was going and I was envious of his growth. I didn't know a thing but starting throwing iron around, not a concern in the world of my form or posture.
After suffering from a torn left hand side rotator cuff I began to realize and smarten up paying more attention to my form and my posture. I began to understand, research, and watch the what I called at the time "Heavy Duty" guys lift and was amazed. I played sports, hockey, rugby, and soccer all through my childhood and after I started lifting I know I was doing something I love. After spending many hours in the gym, learning rep ranges, set numbers, weight selection I played with my food. I ate a lot!!
I jumped from a 190lb tall, relatively small, heavy boned kid into a guy who had 17" arms, and 200+lbs of weight to work with. I then continued to develop my interest in bodybuilding and pursued it further, I hired a WBFF Pro muscle model who had competed in bodybuilding before to help me with my weak points. I had no real legs but an upper body that was already in development. He completely turned me around, showed my how to train, and gave me the appropriate supplemental & cycle advice.
I have done numerous styles of training throughout my adventures, from FST-7 to HIIT, Supersets, Giant sets, German Volume Training, Kettle bell, and Olympic style lifting, Century training, Rest-Pause style, and more. I have experimented with different anabolic cycles and gotten great results from the cycles I have done. All in all, that is myself and my training history in a nutshell!
I look forward to meeting all of you and seeing each and everyone of your goals.

Thank you bro! I will try my best to offer as much assistance and guidance as I can! I have experience in numerous training fields and dieting aspects.
I have been slowly starting to check out all the different threads and post as much as I can so I can get my 50 posts in order to be able to see a bit more on here too.
Thanks for supporting my main lady Twitz! She has gone above and beyond in her training, focus, diet, and lifestyle in such a short time. She appreciates all the help and support you and everyone else gives her here and allows her to go to new limits with her goals.
Look forward to getting to know you more! Thanks again for the welcoming.

Ahaha yeah, like I said she has jumped leaps and bounds in her interest with this and like you said it shows. I am getting my act together as we speak to be able to step on stage. Hoping her and I can do a couples routine sometime too should be interesting!
Thanks for the idea, I have been going around posting where I can and reading lots about different things so hoping my posts will be at the point they have to be in order to start posting my workouts, etc.

Yes, much needed after all this time of being slack with it. It feels really good. You saw a couple pics eh? Right on, yes I was training and leaning out in those pics prepping for a competition. I never ended up competing but was not far off from doing so. I spent many hours hitting the weights, doing cardio, eating a load of good & healthy food, and as much as I am not sure peoples perspective on it, but got treated from a chiropractor usually once a week, sport taped to help with my posture and draw my shoulders back to increase my thickness, and lastly massage. All of those factors went in to the conditioning I maintained at that time. If I had of competed I was hoping to step on stage at 208-210lbs, when I decide to now, going in harder, bigger, and more shredded than I have ever been before.
How many comps have you done? Are you training for any upcoming events? Best of luck in the MI Comp! You made huge changes!
