Trying to learn more, to gain more.

Hey everyone, I've been browsing the forum for about a week now trying to learn and figured I'd make an account finally. I've always been a very small guy, weighed in at 130lbs (59kg) for a long time. Only recently started to gain weight over the last three years and am now only 170lbs (77kg) at 5'11 (180cm). I've never done supplements before this year, now taking some whey and creatine, and am hoping to learn more about steroids and other supplements.

Growing up I was force fed the same lines as most everyone else that "steroids are for cheaters" and "you'll die super early." It was especially prevalent after my cousins suicide being blamed on steroid use causing an imbalance with his hormones (rather than the more likely cause of his alcoholic parents fighting and similar issues I need not get into). Anyways, now that I'm older and hopefully more wise, I have come to the conclusion that a long life ≠ good, happy, or successful life so even if it does shorten my life span it will be worth it to me if it improves the quality of it. Side note, it is amazing how judgmental an alcoholic (read as 'any recreational drug user') can be when it comes to substance abuse...
