Advise Needed (shall I start cutting or lean bulking)23% body fat
Hi there ,been out of action for 2 years after badly breaking my arm and leg but have started training again for the last 3 months .
My Question is do I start lean bulking or cutting as I have put on some body weight ..my stats
5ft11 ,205 lb and 23% body fat.
I would like to gain some more muscle but on the other hand have to get rid of this body fat ,any advise would be much appreciated..

I would hold off on trying to run gear and make sure your diet and workouts are where they should be.

That was the the plan to start with ,to get diet sorted but thats where im not sure do I lean bulk or start a cutting diet ,?cheers
