    Hello from Florida!

    Hey guys..

    Just joined the forum and checking in. Looking forward to the wealth of knowledge and experience here. Been watching (or reading) from outside the glass for awhile before I joined today.

    I will be 40 years old in a couple months. Four years ago I was 243lbs. Got myself down to 196lbs through training and diet. Looking to take it to the next level. I am in no rush.. I want to get as educated as I can through all the knowledge out there. I have read probably 75% of the stickies here on and other forums. Great stuff.
