    Hey everyone

    I'm 45 truck driver I work a flat deck exercising everyday but can't seem to tighten stomach muscle or lose the waist line anybody with ideas on which stack to try

    Whats your body fat % roughly? Weight, height? Its honestly diet sir. I used to drive 300-ton haul trucks for 12 hour shifts. Did it for 3 years and what I took away from it was, you are burning hardly any calories while at work. I do not know your schedule as you did not leave us much info but you need to get your diet in check. Lower the calories, fat, sodium ect. I didnt have access to a microwave or ANYTHING while at work so i had to pre cook cold meals....which sucked. But its A LOT better than shitty gas station or subway food, which 70% of the guys did.

    300 lb 6-2 I eat lots of protein usually salads cook in my truck as well . Shoulders arms chest and legs defined just the stomach I can't get control over. No idea what my body fat is at. Lol and could always use more definition
