Hello all. I live in Missouri. I am 35 years young and love physical, emotional, spiritual and mental fitness. I always push myself to reach a higher potential. I am not an active user of AAS but it is very interesting to me. I have never been ripped but looking forward to learning more about all-around fitness by anyone willing to share. I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 165lb. Glad to be here and thanks for running what I have been told, the best and greatest one-stop AAS information portal. If there are any individuals in the St. Louis area, please feel free to message me and maybe we can talk fitness. Have a great day everyone!

I'm 5,8 ", and feel like I'm back to square one with my training. 136 lbs, but not looking to bad... But for the amount of time that I've been training I should be huge instead of slightly bigger than when I started, but never mind!
It's all about diet for me.

Hey guys, I'm Brad. I'm 32, 280lbs, on test enanthate 200mg per month, looking to up my test levels and would like to start a cycle. But want quality, not garbage. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Brad. If you are on a Dr. supervised TRT @ 200mg/ month and if he doesn't have you on weekly injections at a minimum, you need to get your TRT sorted first..
I've been on 200 mg 1/month and it's a terrible protocol. I worked with my PCP and working off my trough values, I now inject 60 mg twice/week and it keeps my total T in the upper 600 to low 700s, but more importantly, it puts my free T at the top or just over the top of the range.
Free T is what you want to work off of as that is what is gets you feeling better.
I would suggest doing some reading here:

Hi All,
I'm 51 years young.
5'11", 210lb, c. 20%bf, in the UK near London
Trained for 8 years through my 20's for strength.
Gave it all up until 3yrs ago when I finally noticed I was weak and flabby. So I started training again and lost about 45lb 😁 been dieting carefully for 4yrs.
Gave up alcohol, sugar and most sat fats.
V. Soon to start my 1st cycle
I think I have everything I need. Been researching AAS for over 2 years. Looking for sage advice relative to my age.
Looking forward to hearing (and offering) opinions 🤔

Thx Cy.
I actually had a question in the post. I was wondering the best forum sub-section to post threads about peptides. There isn't a dedicated section for it. I would assume it be under "Anabolic - Q&A", or, "sarms " would be the closest. When I searched peptides - the results came up scattered all over the forum. Your a senior member, figured I'd ask. thx again,.

Hi Everyone
My user name is MBX44, I'm 40 y/o. I am not new in the AAS world. I've been running many cycles for a few year. As the reason that we are all here, it is to help each other and share our personals experiences. I hope one day I can help someone the same way that I hope some of you can help me too.

Hello everyone,
My name is Casey and I am a 34 year old male located in Houston TX. I started going on these forums at age 15. I was a member of anabolicfreakz for a long while along with the usual hushmail contacts back in the day.
I started lifting at age 16. First cycle (mistakenly) at 17. I have ran 4 cycles in my life, along with one cycle (soon to be 2) of a plasmid DNA expressing a myostatin-propeptide (myostatin inhibitor) for an 8 week cycle. I am currently 5'11 and 160 lb. Body fat % I am unsure of and will not even speculate on it.
I work for a biotech company where we do molecular biology. I enjoy reading science articles (have read over 1000), playing soccer (played since I was 5), playing FIFA soccer on ps4 (soon to be ps5) and lifting 3+ days a week.
I look forward to my first thread (soon as I am capable per permissions) regarding my most recent myostatin inhibitor cycle.
If you desire more information or have any questions please feel free to hit me up.
Thank you for reading and God bless you.
Warm regards,
Casey

Hey , Everyone I’m Glad and excited to be here .Looking to learn more knowledge here
What’s up Guys thx for the acceptance. I’m glad to be here , looking forward to making bee friends and learning more knowledge, for I’m a amateur and just getting in the game , thx B-Real187
Whether you're a man, woman, seasoned veteran, or know absolutely nothing about training, diet or AAS, we welcome you to the board! And you want to do some research and meet some cool people? You came to the right place.
First though, i'd like to go over a few things that you should know to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
1) When introducing yourself here in the New Members Section, a simple Hi and a few stats(age, height, weight) and maybe what part of the world you're in is really all that's necessary here. AAS, HGH, PCT, Workout and Diet questions should be posted in their respective forum. This is mostly for you the "OP" as members tend to navigate to the forum they know the most about and help in that forum if not multiple forums. So save those questions for the forum because it will save you the time of posting twice or 3 times and you'll get a lot more views and advice there.
2) When posting you are asking for advice on a certain topic(s). Some advice/help might not be what you want to hear. But i can say that the advice, more than likely, will be in your best interest as we have thousands of very knowledgeable members here that love to help, not hurt, individuals looking for advice and wanting to educate themselves.
3) This is important:* We have a strict "No Flame Policy" here. If you, the OP, starts a thread and you are getting flamed for one reason or the other, the person/people involved can be dealt with. And likewise, it's important the OP keeps a level head and try not to talk negatively the person/people responsible. And if you feel things are out of control and nothing is being done, contact a staff member and let them know.
Name calling, excessive cursing to another member(s) regardless of their post count or time here will not be tolerated. And it will most certainly lead to (1)Warning (2)Suspension and/or Banned.
4) Most importantly:* We are all here to learn, help and share (if you want) our experiences w/everyone and to have fun. There's more information here on such a wide variety of training related subjects that this place should be your one-stop information center.
That being said, Welcome to the best AAS site in the world!
Enjoy your stay and have fun!!!
Hi all
I’m Baz from Western Australia. 38. 185cm.
Was really hitting the gym hard a couple years ago and had my big 3 lifts at bench; 150 squat; 220 and deadlift; 250. But I had carpel tunnel surgery on both hands and lost my drive.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Hi everyone! I've been a member for about 6 months now, but thought I'd make an official introduction. I've been lifting for about 20 years, but was never regimented enough and never studied up enough to where I really focused on making gains. I'm 50 now and on my second cycle and feel like I look the best I ever have. 6'1" 230 pounds. still looking to get bigger and stronger. There's a lot of good information on here and a lot of very inspirational posts to follow. thanks for the opportunity to learn about the sport of bodybuilding. Cheers!

What's up folks. I'm a 35 yr old dude from the shores of the great lakes now residing in the mountains with the blue ridges. I'm 6' 1" and my dick is, haha just joking, I'm currently at about 188 after sitting at 200 for a few months. New to the anabolic lifestyle but not fitness and nutrition. I've been taking diet and exercise routine serious for the last 3 years but have been in the gym consistently for the last 5 and before that would hit it hard for 6 months and bitch out for 6. Week here I am looking for the five knowledge you all have.
