Hey. Im Todd, 49yr old. 5’10 260lbs, 160lbs lean mass- 35% BF. Looking to go back to training after 15yrs of lackadaisical trainmg attitude which has caused a girth issue. First question- lose weight first before adding muscle or bulk then lose ALOT of weight?
