I have no idea what I am doing... help!
I am 51 years old good health but have never been able to out on any size. I am 6'5 and 207 and my metab is still too damn fast. Can I still put on some size and if so where do I start. I would like to be somewhere around 225-230 but there seem to be so many possible combinations I just don't know where to start and I don't want to sacrifice my good health. Is this even possible? Can anyone offer any guidance or direction?
I have been told to look at Pure Oils site, but again I don't know what I am looking for or at.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Most people who cant pack on size blames it on the metabolism, but they fail to realise that they arent eating enough. Its basic math; eat more that you burn, and you will gain size.
Find a calorie calculator online and go from there. Start eating 500 kcals over your maintenance.

Thanks for the input!
I have not had my T or hormones checked. I don't seem to ever be short on energy, I've just always struggled to put on any size.

Np, the size is food related. You must eat to put on size, there is no other subsitute

You've echoed the same as my new trainer and I appreciate your thoughts and we'll give it a shot. I don't have much to loose...pun intended.
At what point would you consider adding Anabolics?
Thanks again!

Step one is full blood work. At the top of the HRT Forum is the sticky thread titled "Finding a Doc." In it is a complete list of BW you should obtain. At your age it would be great to start tracking things so keep copies for yourself. It's also step one prior to considering AAS usage.

Thanks kelkel... I certainly don't want to screw up at this stage of my life while I am still healthy. At least I think so.
