Looking for some PCT advice on my 3rd cycle.

I will be doing...
wk 1-12 100mg prop EOD
wk 1-10 400 mg EQ
wk 5-12 25mg winny ED
wk 1-12 .25mg arimidex ED (Is that enough?)

So first off is .25mg enough arimidex? I have read anywhere from .25-1mg ED.

Wk 13-18 PCT
I'll be taking aromasin to replace the arimidex, and then adding nolva and hcg

Wk 13-18 Nolva 20mg ED
Wk 11-14 HCG 250iu ED
Wk 13-16 Aromasin 25mg ED
