7/5 Dynamic Sq/Dl (Ouch, My Hip Flexors!)
1. Box Squats: 260x4x2, 275x4x2, 315xMiss, 315x1 No Contrast was employed, but this is the heaviest I have ever worked on Box Squats. I found myself searching for the box today
2. Glute Ham Bench: 5x12
3. Dynamic DL: 275x6x1 This is a 50lb jump over what I used to work at, the speed was the same
Superset:
4. Standing Abs: 90x2x12
5. Side Bends: 95x3x10

Errrr question... if dynamic why maxing out in box squat? Isn't it 8 sets of 3 for speed box then 6 sets of 1 for DL? Just wondering. Is this variation?

That was not a box max, I missed the one set with 315 due to having my feet too close together and not staying tight on the box.
