    New to the board

    Hello all.

    First off,thanks powerlifterjay for the invite to the board.I came over from elite.

    Looks like a great board.Not alot of bs post which is good.

    I have been looking and reading through some threads and see some familiar names from elite.

    I have been weightlifting for 9 years.The past 2 years or so I have been training westside and currently training a modified version of WS.I have only competed at some local gyms in my area, nothing serious.

    Here are some PRs,keep in mind I favor benching over all.I am 6' 225lbs.

    Deadlift-425-needs alot of work
    Squat-485
    Bench-465

    Big_Dippin,I see you are from Kentucky,is that right?

    I live in east Tennessee.
    My wife has some relatives in the eastern part of KY.We go up there and visit some.
