Thread: % in routine?

% in routine?
Just wondering if those routine with percentages of your 1 rep max are good programs or should I just stick with the 3 x 5 routine

Read the Westside Barbell sticky on this page. Than go to their website and start reading their articles. If you get confused while reading them as I did at first, PM me your questions. I've spent a lot of time researching this style of training/powerlifting.
