    % in routine?

    Just wondering if those routine with percentages of your 1 rep max are good programs or should I just stick with the 3 x 5 routine

    Those are usually powerlifting style routines for strength.

    Everybody is different you will have to try it out!!

    Could you point me towards a good % routine for power lifting if you know of one

    Read the Westside Barbell sticky on this page. Than go to their website and start reading their articles. If you get confused while reading them as I did at first, PM me your questions. I've spent a lot of time researching this style of training/powerlifting.
